- Support Form: Users may submit concerns through the VivahSangam contact/support form.
Review & Action Process
Once a report is received, VivahSangam may:
- Review profile activity and submitted evidence
- Temporarily restrict suspicious accounts
- Request identity verification
- Permanently suspend accounts violating platform policies
- Cooperate with legal authorities where required by law
False Reporting Warning
Intentionally submitting false, misleading, or malicious reports may result in account suspension or termination.
Emergency Situations
If users believe they are in immediate danger or are victims of serious fraud, threats, or criminal activity, they should contact local law enforcement authorities immediately in addition to notifying VivahSangam.
